Роль технического регулирования и стандартизации в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности

Abstract
Выпуск предприятиями страны, а также импорт из-за рубежа продуктов питания, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности, может создать угрозы продовольственной безопасности РФ и ее регионам. В данном исследовании рассмотрена роль технического регулирования и стандартизации в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности на примере Калининградской области. Работа базируется на положениях законодательных актов РФ, связаных с проблематикой исследования, сведениях о включенности Калининградской области в международный и межрегиональный обмен продовольствием, представленными региональными органами статистики и управления. На основе
данных регионального Управления Роспотребнадзора проанализирована динамика результатов контроля качества и безопасности продовольствия в регионе. Результаты данного исследования могут быть использованы в ходе дальнейшего изучения продовольственной безопасности региона и для корректировки направлений ее обеспечения.
