Тенденции развития сельскохозяйственной отрасли Калининградской области в разрезе сравнительного анализа на мезоуровне с учетом реализации целей обеспечения продовольственной безопасности

В статье проанализировано состояние сельскохозяйственной отрасли и ее роль в экономике Калининградской области в аспекте обеспечения продовольственной безопасности, показан вклад в формирование экономического потенциала региона. Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа регионов Северо-западного федерального округа по значениям внутреннего регионального продукта и по показателю валовой добавленной стоимости сельскохозяйственной отрасли, а также результаты анализа структуры ВРП Калининградской области.   Особое внимание уделено выявлению факторов, влияющих на динамику добавленной стоимости в отрасли в условиях полуэсклавности и санкционных ограничений, отмечены основные риски и особенности функционирования отраслей продовольственного сектора Калининградской области. Выявленные преобладающие тенденции в развитии сельскохозяйственной отрасли позволили сделать вывод об эффективности реализуемых институциональных мер поддержки, наметить пути совершенствования комплексной оценки отрасли с учетом взаимоувязанности системы показателей, характеризующих состояние отрасли, индикаторов продовольственной безопасности, критериев регионального устойчивого развития.
