Концепция как инструмент стратегического управления рыбохозяйственным комплексом
Abstract
В работе концепция изучается как стратегический инструмент управления рыбохозяйственным комплексом России, включающий методический и организационный элементы. Рассматривается гипотеза, в рамках которой научные концепции при изучении систем управления трансформировались в управленческие и закрепились в форме документа, под названием концепция. С учетом большого количества разнообразных стейкхолдеров обосновывается целесообразность концептуального подхода в управлении РХК и формулируются требования к содержанию концепции развития РХК.
