Обобщение теоретико-прикладных аспектов процессов офшоризации региональной экономики

Abstract

Обобщаются основные положения процессов офшоризации в мировой экономике. Дана оценка различных организаций о возможной сумме российского капитала в мировых офшорных юрисдикциях. Проанализированы предпосылки для создания офшорной зоны и преимущества, предоставляемые международным компаниям. Рассмотрены негативные тенденции в экономиках офшорных юрисдикций, которые снижают их инвестиционную привлекательность. Обобщено влияние институциональной среды на эффекты офшоризации мировой экономики Подчеркнуты решенные и проблемные вопросы редомициляции иностранных компаний в САР России. Предлагаются направления совершенствования процесса регистрации бизнеса в САР. Анализируются причины сложности оценки фактического экономического эффекта  от функционирования САР. Исследуются основные показатели деятельности САР на острове Октябрьский в Калининградской области.
