Оценка технологических факторов цифровой трансформации рыбохозяйственной экономики

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования динамики процессов цифровизации основных секторов рыбохозяйственной экономики: рыболовства, рыбоводства и переработки водных биологических ресурсов. Методической основой выступают специально сформированные показатели и рассчитанные по ним тематические субиндексы. Сопоставительный анализ с их значениями, рассчитанными для экономики в целом, позволил определить уровень рыбохозяйственного комплекса в использовании сквозных цифровых технологий и программных средств управления бизнес-процессами. Представлены результаты анализа препятствий в использовании цифровых технологий, с которыми сталкиваются рыбопромышленные предприятия. Определено воздействие цифровых технологий на различные аспекты эффективности их деятельности. Даны краткие рекомендации по повышению результативности цифровизации с целью обеспечения эффективности цифровой трансформации.
