Строительная отрасль Калининградской области – этапы большого пути. 2001 - 2024 годы

Abstract
Выполнен краткий анализ научных публикаций по развитию строительной отрасли в современных условиях России и экономический обзор основных этапов ее развития в Калининградской области по материалам из открытых источников, опубликованных Росстатом за период с 2001 по 2024 год. В результате проведенного анализа установлено, что в рассматриваемый период строительная отрасль Калининградской области пережила ряд взлетов и падений по объемам производства строительной продукции, обусловленных совершенствованием законодательства на федеральном уровне, мировыми финансовыми кризисами, санкционным давлением ряда европейских стран и США, пандемией, ростом цен, оттоком кадров и другими причинами. На рубеже 2021-2022 годов строительная отрасль преодолела кризисные явления и по всем параметрам финансово-экономической деятельности вышла на рекордные показатели.
