Импортозамещение в российских нефтедобывающих компаниях

Abstract
Добыча нефти относится к базовым отраслям экономики Российской Федерации, при этом данная отрасль является одной из наиболее сильно пострадавших от введения антироссийских экономических санкций. На момент введения санкций, в 2014 году нефтедобывающие компании импортировали до 90 % оборудования и технологий, в связи с чем могли легко наращивать объёмы добычи нефти путём развития партнёрства с крупными интернациональными компаниями, зачастую не учитывая сопутствующие риски. В 2022 году импорт технологий и оборудования в Россию был полностью остановлен. Ужесточение условий хозяйствования обусловило необходимость развития импортозамещения, под которым понимается создание новых технологий и продуктов, которые могут заместить импортируемые. В результате изменения подходов к развитию компаний с учётом санкций доля импортируемых технологий и оборудования по результатам 2023 года уменьшилась до 40 % и имеет дальнейшую тенденцию к снижению, поддерживаемую государством. В статье выявлены проблемы импортозамещения в нефтедобывающих компаниях, определены направления для разработки новых конкурентоспособных технологий и продуктов в исследуемой отрасли.
