Обзор современных исследований в области мотивации позволил установить факторы мотивации, относящиеся к трем подсистемам: управляющей, управляемой и подсистеме связи. На основе структурированного опроса 55 работников производственного предприятия методом MFAM-анализа определены критические зоны функционирования системы. Сформированы рекомендации по совершенствованию управления мотивацией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents an approach to the analysis of motivation management based on the classical scheme of an open management system. A review of modern research in the field of motivation allowed us to establish motivation factors related to three subsystems: the control, the controlled and the communication subsystem. Based on a structured survey of 55 employees of a manufacturing enterprise, critical areas of system operation were identified using MFAM analysis.
