В статье проводится анализ уровня заработной платы вида экономической деятельности "Образование", сравнение средней, модальной и медианной заработной платы по экономике в целом и по виду деятельности "Образование" как по РФ, так и по Калининградской области. На основе анализа официальных данных Росстата устанавливается соответствие уровня оплаты труда работников образования тем уровням, которые установлены в Указе Президента РФ от 7 мая 2012 г. "О мероприятиях по реализации государственной социальной политики", и выявляются причины возникшего несоответствия. Проводится сравнительный анализ динамики численности, движения и нагрузки сотрудников высшего образования в РФ и Калининградской области за 2020-2021 годы.
The article analyzes the level of wages of the type of economic activity "Education", compares the average, modal and median wages for the economy as a whole and for the type of activity "Education" both in the Russian Federation and in the Kaliningrad region. Based on the analysis of the official data of Rosstat, the level of remuneration of educators is established to match the levels established in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 "On measures to implement state social policy" and the causes of the discrepancy are identified. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the number, movement and workload of higher education employees in the Russian Federation and the Kaliningrad region for 2020-2021 is being carried out.
