Объектом проведенного исследования были страны Европейского союза (ЕС) Балтийского региона: Латвия, Литва, Польша, Эстония, ставшие членами ЕС в мае 2004 года, (входят в группу стран ЕС 13), Германия, Дания, Финляндия, Швеция, ставшие членами ЕС до мая 2004 года, (входят в группу стран ЕС 14). Для этих стран были определены показатели динамики экономического развития страны, позволившие количественно оценить уровень экономического развития страны, и рассчитаны индексы показателей динамики экономического развития страны, необходимые для количественной оценки изменения уровня экономического развития страны. Эти индексы позволили рассчитать для каждой страны ЕС Балтийского региона Индекс динамики экономического развития страны, дающий обобщенную количественную оценку динамики экономического развития страны. Проведен подробный анализ полученных показателей динамики экономического развития страны и рассчитанных индексов этих показателей, а также рассчитанных Индексов динамики экономического развития стран ЕС Балтийского региона. Сделаны выводы о динамике экономического развития этих стран, показано, что по динамике экономического развития страны не только страны, входящие в группу стран ЕС13, сильно отличаются от стран, входящих в группу стран ЕС 14, но и внутри каждой группы стран страны ЕС Балтийского региона по динамике экономического развития различаются весьма существенно, определены страны-лидеры и страны-аутсайдеры по динамике экономического развития страны среди стран ЕС Балтийского региона.
The object of the study was the countries of the European Union (EU) of the Baltic region: Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, which became members of the EU in May 2004, (included in the group of EU 13 countries), Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, which became members of the EU before May 2004, (included in the group of EU 14 countries). For these countries, indicators of the dynamics of the economic development of the country were determined, which made it possible to quantify the level of economic development of the country, and indices of indicators of the dynamics of economic development of the country were calculated, which are necessary for quantifying changes in the level of economic development of the country. These indices made it possible to calculate for each EU country in the Baltic region an Index of the dynamics of the country's economic development, which gives a generalized quantitative assessment of the dynamics of the country's economic development. A detailed analysis of the obtained indicators of the dynamics of the economic development of the country and the calculated indices of these indicators, as well as the calculated Indices of the dynamics of the economic development of the EU countries of the Baltic region. Conclusions are drawn about the dynamics of economic development of these countries, it is shown that the dynamics of economic development of the country, not only the countries belonging to the group of EU13 countries, are very different from the countries belonging to the group of EU 14 countries, but also within each group of countries, the EU countries of the Baltic region differ very significantly in the dynamics of economic development, the leading countries are identified and outsider countries in terms of the dynamics of the country's economic development among the EU countries of the Baltic region.
