Рост цен на рыбопродукты с темпом, опережавшим общую продовольственную инфляцию, в последние годы привел к снижению доступности и стагнации потребления этих товаров в России. Для исправления сложившейся негативной тенденции путем осуществления эффективной и сбалансированной отраслевой и социально-экономической политики важно понимать, какова будет реакция цен на рыбопродукты в случае изменения тех или иных факторов, определяющих эти цены. Целью статьи является идентификация и оценка внутренних факторов, влияющих на цены на рыбопродукты в РФ. Применена модель анализа чувствительности цены к изменению ее ключевых факторов. Делается вывод о доминирующем влиянии на розничные цены на рыбопродукты издержек обращения, включая транспортные затраты, а также стоимости рыбного сырья, даются рекомендации по осуществлению регуляторных мер, направленных на обеспечение ценовой доступности основных видов рыбопродуктов.

The rapid rise in prices for the main types of fish products in Russia has led to reduced availability and reduced consumptionin recent years. In order to correct the negative trend, policy planners need to understand what the reaction of prices for fishery products will be if certain factors that determine these prices change. The purpose of the paper is to identify the key drivers of prices for fish products in Russia. We applied a model to analyze price sensitivity to changes in its key price factors. The authors conclude that distribution costs, including the cost of delivering products to customers, and the cost of fish raw materials have a dominant effect on retail prices for the main types of fish products.
