Целью работы является анализ глобальной бифуркации в инноватике, вызванной ускоряющимся развитием искусственного интеллекта и неконтролируемым внедрением его результатов в экономику и общественное сознание. Искусственный интеллект позволяет создать принципиально новые формы образования и обновления знаний и производства, инклюзивность в различных направлениях науки и техники, экономической, общественной и духовной жизни, экологического просвещения. Подчеркивается, что его развитие становится самоподдерживающимся процессом, поэтому актуализируются вопросы оценки рисков, понимание природы этих рисков, оценка и гарантии предотвращения последствий рисков по мере их возникновения. Показаны два различающихся подхода в стратегии развитии искусственного интеллекта, сформулированные в основополагающих документах, принятых руководствами США и Китая в июле 2025 года. Показано, что в процессе развития искусственного интеллекта в глобальной экономике и общественном сознании, в деятельности предприятий и организаций, в образовательном процессе сформировалось состояние бифуркации, выходом из которой могут стать новые принципы стратегирования, включающие экономику знаний и непрерывное инклюзивное образование, так как меняется роль образования в развитии искусственного интеллекта
